Eh I don't know how the reviews are so high. First let me start by saying Celine is a gem. Super nice and attentive to the best of her abilities for being understaffed on a Sunday. SHE WAS LITERALLY BY HERSELF. The spring rolls were great. The negimaki was odd, I've never had them with cream cheese they were ok but not inedible. My seafood pad Thai was an abomination. It came out ghost white with absolutely no flavor. Celine saved the day by bringing me some chili oil and hibachi sauce. The yaki udon was mediocre at best but swimming in sauce. And the chicken was insanely dry. the seafood pancake was horrendous!!!! Just a disgusting paste like consistency. The lotus roll was rather blah too. I feel like there are definitely fresher options if you're looking for sushi. They didn't have Malibu to make a bay breeze. And the first drink I ordered wasn't available either. For what you're paying I expect a better experience food wise. Thank you again Celine for saving my main course. And keep up the good service.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Asian fusion restaurants we’ve visited in South Jersey. The menu features a wonderful blend of Korean and Japanese cuisine, and every dish we tried was outstanding. We ordered the Stone Pot Short Rib (Bibimbap), which was absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The shrimp and vegetable tempura was cooked to perfection as well—light, crispy, and beautifully presented. Just look at that photo! What made the experience even better was the exceptional service. The owner was very hands-on, personally checking on guests to ensure everything was prepared and served properly. Our server, Donnatella, was friendly, attentive, and truly amazing. From the food to the hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for outstanding Asian fusion cuisine and exceptional service in South Jersey. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was okay. Probably wouldn't come again, but happy I tried it. Service was polite and cheerful. Food came out fairly quickly. Poses itself as a fine dining establishment but the place doesn't have the elegance to justify the prices. Was seated in the corner near the POS system, but I guess that's where the dish rags are because it smelled. The drinks came dripping and made the table sticky. The table is too small for such large menus to take up 75% of the table space. The lighting and ambiance are modern but the accommodation isn't fine dining. The food was okay but ranged too dramatically for a coherent style. Bulgolgi kimchi nachos were mid at best. Sort of stale nachos that lost their crisp. Maybe it was too humid. The bulgolgi was thick cut so it was a bit though and not as seasoned as actual bulgolgi. And there wasn't any kimchi flavor? It was just like.. avocado chunks with some light tomato.. was basically beef with salsa. The mocktails were too concentrated and sour. Honestly both the lychee thing and the passonfruit thing tasted fairly similar after eating anything. They came frothing over so they pooled into the table. Makes the table wet. I’m a WCU grad so I use to frequent the original Kooma in West Chester….if you know you know! We got the Bibimbap-bulgogi, Kooma wings, a few sushi rolls( the lobster sushi roll was delicious)! It was AMAZING, just as I remember from the West Chester location. Our server Calena was great! The atmosphere was relaxing and I loved the aesthetics inside. We enjoyed ourselves! Thank you

The atmosphere and décor are awesome modern, stylish, and perfect for a night out. Service was also great. Drinks we had the Peachy Keen martini was a 10/10 and the lychee martini was also delicious. For appetizers, the short rib lettuce wraps were another 10/10, super flavorful. The seafood ceviche, however, was underwhelming for the price, the portion felt small and the seafood was a bit chewy. For dinner, we had the Stonepot Bibimbap and Seafood Combo Stonepot Bibimbap that come out on a hot stone, which continues cooking at the table ,very fun presentation. The sauce has some spice and a bit of mint, so be aware if you’re sensitive to heat, but we still enjoyed it. The chicken stir fry was also delicious and satisfying. For dessert, we had mochi ice cream balls for a birthday and they were a 10/10 finish to the meal. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Kooma for great cocktails & a fun vibe.
